To turn on the doll's sound

1. Unzip the right side of the doll, their right not yours (inside there is a sound box)
2. There is a button on the sound box to turn it on
3. Also note there is a clear stripe inserted in the sound box, you would remove the clear stripe (the purpose of the stripe was to preserve the battery while in transit)
4. Press the doll's right hand, which has the gold circle on it.
5. Each time you press the hand a phrase will come out.
6. If you would like to start the sound over to the very first phrase, you would turn the sound box switch to "off", then to "on".

After pressing the doll's hand a few times, you may want to start the sound over to the beginning phrase to make sure it's at the beginning phrase before you hand it to your little one. 

Here's how to do it:

1. Unzip the right side of the doll (to access the sound box)
2. Pull the sound box out
3. You would turn the sound box switch to "off", then to "on"
4. Then put the sound box inside, and zip the doll up

From here the phrases will have reset to start at the beginning phrase.

If for any reason you don’t, we'll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund within 90 days of purchase. Be assured we'll do our very best to take care of you, but from time to time, we will not accommodate a return. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Please note product must be returned in its original packaging.

To Make A Return For a Refund According To The Above

Send an email to support@surprisepowerz.com and let us know you would like to return the item for a refund. Be sure to state your order number in the email.

We will respond with the address to ship the doll back to, and upon receiving a tracking number and seeing the item has delivered back to the address we requested we will then issue a full refund. 

(As mentioned above, Surprise Powerz does not pay for return shipping.)
